We delivered the complete brand identity for ‘elevate365’, a strategic programme for Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles (VWCV) designed to enhance customer service through behavioural science.
Strategic Naming & Visual Identity Our work began with developing the programme name and custom logo design. We crafted a unique visual identity and look and feel that was distinctive enough to stand out to employees, yet robust enough to fit seamlessly within the overarching VWCV corporate brand guidelines.
Launch Support & Merchandise To ensure a successful network-wide launch, we produced key internal communication assets, including an explanatory brochure and a full suite of branded promotional merchandise to drive staff engagement and adoption.
