When GLP, a global leader in logistics, hosted an event for agents, the goal was twofold: to showcase a new warehouse at Magna Park Lutterworth, South and to communicate the comprehensive opportunities available across the entire Magna Park Lutterworth site. Freestone Creative was brought in as the creative partner to design and artwork a full suite of branded environment graphics and marketing materials needed to bring this large-scale property viewing to life.
Our solution focused on creating clear, high-impact brand touchpoints to inform attendees. We designed the digital emailer that drove attendance and produced bespoke pop-up displays for four buildings detailing site plans and specifications using CGIs and photography, plus eight large floor graphics showing indicative racking layouts. To provide complete context, we also designed and artworked a large-scale site map, additional displays for Magna Park North, and a dedicated pop-up for GLP’s placemaking initiative, G-Plus.
The event, managed by GLP, was a significant success and was well-supported by the agents. To ensure a lasting impression, we also produced high-quality brochures for each building. Our cohesive creative solution translated complex technical data into tangible, engaging assets, helping GLP facilitate a fantastic networking day and powerfully build awareness of their market-leading offering.
