According to Wikipedia, Timmy Mallett, Giles Brandreth & Val Doonican amongst others, are to blame for the rise of the Christmas jumper. Some of our younger readers will (quite rightly) ask ‘who they?’
It matters not.
At Freestone we don’t care who’s to blame for this particular tradition. We love a good/bad Christmas sweater and to prove it we donned some beauties for a charity particularly close to our hearts. The Cynthia Spencer Hospice Charity are, in their own words:
‘… (a) team of specialist doctors, nurses and therapists based at the Hospice (who) provide a comprehensive service for mainly cancer patients, and their families, for whom cure may no longer be possible.’
If you want to find out more, we urge you to visit their website: www.cynthiaspencerhospice.nhs.uk They do fantastic work and are a brilliant cause to get involved with.
For now though we would like to take the opportunity to thank all of our clients for what has been a great year here at Freestone. We couldn’t have done it without you.
Merry Christmas and thank you.
